These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern any remodeling work. If we go on to do work for you, that is covered by a separate written agreement between us, and that agreement controls.

The Visualizer is a design tool. A design you build or save in it is not an order, is not priced, and does not reserve anything.

An estimate requested through this site is a starting point for a conversation. It is not a binding quote and it does not become a contract by being sent to you. Work is agreed in writing, separately, after the scope is settled.

Colours shown on this site are approximations. Screens differ, lighting differs, and a rendered colour is not a guaranteed physical match for a manufactured product.

Always confirm a final colour against a real sample before ordering. We say this beside every colour on the site, and we mean it.

Product availability and specification are set by the manufacturer and can change without notice.

Give us accurate information. An estimate built on a wrong address or wrong measurements is wrong, and correcting it later costs both of us time.

Only upload photographs you are entitled to share.

How we handle what you give us is described in our privacy policy.

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt this site, and do not use it to submit false requests on someone else's behalf.

The internal areas of this site are for our staff. Do not attempt to access them.

The text, photographs, designs and software on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may look at them and share links to them. Do not republish them as your own.

Project photographs show real work and are not stock imagery.

We try to keep the site working, but we do not promise it is always available or always free of error. Features may change.

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site itself.

Nothing here limits our responsibility for remodeling work we actually carry out — that sits in the written agreement for that work, and in the law.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Connecticut.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
